Our recruitement roadmap

  1. Apply: Find our listings online, locally, or via referral and submit your CV.

  2. Screening Call: A quick check on your experience, availability, vehicle access, and passion for care.

  3. Interview: Meet our team to explore your background and career goals.

  4. Conditional Offer: Complete onboarding paperwork, DBS checks, and reference checks.

  5. 7-Day Induction: 3 days of core training, 2 days of shadowing, and 2 final training days before joining the rota.

  6. Probation Review: Pass your 3-month probation to secure permanent employment.
